Job description

For an international bank we are looking for a Business Lending consultant in Ghent, Brussels or Antwerp.

This role is within the operational team and they are responsible for handling and processing all client requests related to business lending products.

For example, drafting letters of credit and in-life management requests (drafting attestations, closing accounts, removing collaterals, etc) .

What you'll do

• File management and resolution of inquiries (from A to Z) for Business Lending customers
• Continuously exceed customer expectations: the WOW effect, build a good relationship with customers.
• Operational processing
• Taking into account applicable laws and regulations
• Making a real click with customers and prospect

Profile

• A commercial mindset with an eye for customer focus and entrepreneurship
• A Bachelor or Master level education
• You are willing to obtain the necessary (legal) certificates for the job
• You are willing to learn the necessary to perform your duties.
