Job description

For an international bank we are looking for a Business Lending consultant in Brussels or Ghent.

Are you a recent graduate (bachelor or master) or do you already have some experience in a financial context?

This advisor position is part of the operational team and handles and processes applications related to credit loans for corporate clients.

What you'll do

• File management and resolution of inquiries (from A to Z) for Business Lending customers eg. drafting letters of credit and in-life management requests (drafting attestations, closing accounts, removing collatorals, etc).
• Continuously exceed customer expectations: the WOW effect, build a good relationship with customers.
• Taking into account applicable laws and regulations

Profile

• A commercial mindset with an eye for customer focus and entrepreneurship
• A Bachelor or Master level education
• You are willing to obtain the necessary (legal) certificates for the job
