Harvey Nash has been active for almost 30 years on the IT recruitment market. We help clients to look for the adequate IT profiles they need. We work closely together , proud to say, with companies highly rated on the Belgian market, or even on an international market. To expand our business and improving are services we are currently looking for recruiters.
We are located , not far outside of brussels and easily accessible.
You will work closely together wit our account managers and fellow recruiters in a close nit environment.

What you'll do

  • You act as point of contact to candidates while searching actively and passively for talent that are of interest for our clients for and guiding candidates through the entire recruitment proces.
  • You will organize a search for the right candidates and use various recruitment channels for this: database, job websites, social media,....
  • You will evaluate the technical and personal skills of the candidates.

  • Together with your colleagues, you will keep the database up-to-date.
  • You will systematically expand your own network of candidates and grow towards expertise.
  • You will contact candidates (or other Point of contacts) trough phone primordially , and trough other channels also.

Profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree or are able to perform at an equivalent level.
  • You have outstanding communication skills and state of the art phone etiquette.
  • You like helping clients by understanding their problems and finding the right solution for them.
  • You are interested to learn about new technologies, IT, new trends and do research to understand the hows and whats!
  • You can express yourself fluently in English.
    Knowledge of Dutch or French is also a requirement.
  • You enjoy convincing clients and persuade candidates to join you on your quest.
  • You are able to deal with frustration and deception, you do not loose your drive and keep your goals in mind.
  • You are willing to set up your own path, and be self-reliant.
  • You take ownership of what you do an think things trough in the benefit of the company and your personal growth.

Required skills

  • You are a relationship builder with strong communication skills.
  • You are proactive and like to focus on quality.
  • You are interested in the IT domain (not necessarily with previous experience).
  • You enjoy working as part of a sales team.
  • Selling and convincing is enjoying to you and speaking over the phone is not a problem for you.
