Job description

As part of the transformation program, scheduled to take 2-3 years, we are looking for someone to assist the existing team (5 people) in the transformation program.

You will work with specific SAP HR modules (Organizational Management, personal administration, compensation & benefits etc...) The consultant will participate in the integration testing (user tests are done by someone else in the team). It's a very complex environment, with a lot of interfaces, and a highly customized system.

What you'll do

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the business requirements & processes
  • Translate these into creative & simple solution designs by constructing conceptual data and functional models using modelling tools
  • Create clear & structured documentations for the users, development teams and testers

  • Write test cases from a system and business perspective to verify that all requirements are incorporated into the solution
  • Report on project status & identify potential risks

Profile

  • Advanced functional knowledge in the SAP HRM domains Organizational management, Advanced functional knowledge in the SAP HRM domains Organizational management,
  • Notion of functional knowledge in the other SAP HRM domains like Time management, Payroll, Travel, Talent, legal.
  • 10y experience in analysis within a complex IT environment
  • Experience/Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) Development principles is a plus as we are using Agile principles in the team.
  • Extra benefit to have knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud and/or Workday Human Capital Management

Required skills

  • Trained and/or certified in one or more SAP HRM modules and you follow closely all evolutions in those domains.
  • ABAB (programming, understanding, versioning)
  • XML , Idocs, UI5 , RFC .. and others
  • WEbdynpro, Fiori, Wordreport, HTML, Java , ASP
  • ALE
  • SAP “To Do lists” , assigning task, deleting tasks
  • UML
  • Automated test & build (unit testing, regression testing)
  • Basic knowledge of the underlying technology stacks of the SAP applications, such as network, security, OS, basic Linux, netweaver
