Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Functional Analyst with a strong background in D365 environment to join our team. As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in translating functional business requirements into an appropriate ICT solution. You will work closely with the business analyst and tech lead to estimate the requested developments and deliver the required business value within the given budget and timeline.

What you'll do

  • • Work as a bridge between the product owner, process manager, tech leads, and development team to explore and deliver the desired solution.
    • Analyze and translate functional requirements into a functional design.
    • Collaborate with the technical leads and experienced developers to choose the right design within the CRM Dynamics suite and standard policies.
  • • Ensure the built solution meets the user stories and requirements, and test the deliveries in consultation with the process managers and application managers.
    • Implement the solution according to the agreed-upon planning.
    • Possess a good understanding of the potentials of the CRM Dynamics capabilities.
    • Work in an agile development environment (Scrum, kanban).
