Job description

We have an exiting opportunity for a junior IT services administrator at our company. You possess a pro-active mindset and a genuine passion for IT Service Delivery Quality and you understand the importance of a process-controlled IT environment. You are a fluent communicator with a flexible out of the box way of thinking. You will join a team of 4 dedicated professionals. You will deep dive into Change Management and Service Request Management and act as a backup for your colleagues. During the training period the role will be 100% onsite and after this period you can work up to 50% from home.

What you'll do

• You ensure that the CMDB remains accurate and up to date.
• You work closely with the Change Management, the Service Level Management and the Service Request Management teams.
• You contribute to providing 100% application uptime for our over 300 critial applications.
• You will actively collaborate with various teams to validate and update CMDB information, ensuring that it accurately represents the current state of our assets and configurations.
• You will play a crucial role in supporting our commitment to delivering outstanding IT services with minimal disruptions and maximum efficiency.
• You implement best practices in Configuration & Asset Management.

Required skills

• Previous service management experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT processes such as ITIL or COBIT are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow is required (creating reports and updating data).
• Good knowledge of microsoft word & excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Process-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Dutch is your mother tongue (or mother tongue level) and you have a very good knowledge of English.
