Job description

We are looking for 2 consultants to work as Operation and maintenance Support Engineers.
Location: Brussels, twice a week. Other days remote working is possible
Languages: Fluent EN, FR or NL is an asset
Must have: Maintenance and Troubleshooting aspects, preferably on NOKIA equipment
Background: RADIO network aspects (not IT)

What you'll do

• As a project operations & maintenance engineer, you act as expert in Maintenance and Operations in the frame of RAN swaps for the creation of the consolidated Network for both operators.
  You manage and challenge with your colleagues, on technical point of view, Nokia Remote Operations and maintenance.
  For this, you act as the interface between all parties involved in the O&M for the project mainly for the transfer of the sites from Nokia to Client's O&M service providers and in the resolution

Profile

• Your challenges:
  
  In the frame of Remote Operations:
  
  - Consolidation support :participate of the consolidation nights operations
  - Manage escalation during the consolidations…
  
  
• In the frame of Maintenance:
  - Support escalation to Nokia and operators
  - Process issues identification and improvement
  - Coordinate incident management with Nokia, Operators, Service providers
  - Follow-up of trouble tickets
  - Support and follow-up of the site’s transfer from Nokia to Service providers
  - Participate to the TT follow-up meetings
  - Participate to the transfer follow-up meetings
  

Required skills

• Your expertise in the following is a plus:
  - Expertise in Radio access network for 2G/3G/4G/5G
  - operations expertise
  - Good knowledge on RAN equipment (Nokia and Huawei as a plus)
  - Expertise in incident management and investigation analysis
  - Expertise in Huawei config management at U2020 level and in Nokia on Netact is a plus
  
• Degree & Experience:
  - Bachelor in electronics or similar through experience
  - Around 10 years' experience
