Our client, a leading innovator in the Belgian retail sector is looking for a Program and Portfolio Management Officer (PMO).



The PMO will be involved in strategic initiatives that create an impact for their customers. You will engage with various aspects of project, program, and portfolio management. This is an important role where you'll have the opportunity to learn a lot!

And you, as a PMO, can play a significant role in achieving that. You'll be the right-hand person to the program manager or portfolio and roadmap coordinator.

What you'll do

• Your Responsibilities as a Program and Portfolio Management Officer:
  
  You'll analyze the costs of a project, program, or portfolio and monitor the budget.
  You'll timely consolidate qualitative resource planning, provide necessary documents, and create dashboards at the program and portfolio levels.
  You'll oversee the proper delivery of deliverables by project managers.
  You'll map out dependencies and risks.
  You'll be the point of contact for stakeholders regarding the methodology.

• Education and Experience – You hold a bachelor's or master's degree. Ideally, you have experience working in a project context.
  Planning and Organization – You effortlessly manage multiple projects and appointments without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  Digital Skills – You work with graphs, pivot tables, and presentations on a daily basis. You're proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
  Communicative and Goal-Oriented – Your communication is clear and concise. You collaborate smoothly with
