Job description

As part of DG DIGIT Project Management Competency Center, software development projects for DG HR and PMO (Pay Master Office).
Project management, team management (2.5 full-stack developers, 0.5 DB developer), planning and budget preparation. If required : business analysis and 3rd line support. Project Management, Software development, Change Request Management, Incident management, Problem Management. Relationship with the Service Desk - Fields : HR and Social benefits

What you'll do

• PM for 3 projects : HR Search (search engine using Logstash and Elastic Search with Angular UI), SYSPER ORG/JIS (Java application with Oracle DB), Staff Matters Portal (Angular, Java, MySQL, based on webservices, running in Azure and onpremises).
  
  - Weekly reporting on IT development projects
  - Dev team follow-up, including daily stand-ups
  - Point of contact with the business application owner
  - Estimation of Change Requests
  - Review of the incidents
  - Participation in the Change Advisory

Profile

• PM with IT knowledge and exp.
  Master + min 11 years exp
  Knowledge of JIRA, confluence, Scrum and Agile
  Great if PM2 or PMP certified but not mandatory
  Ideal but not mandatory if they have exp with HR or insurance industries
  EU passport mandatory and preferred if resident in Belgium
