Job description

The Project Manager, EMEA Fulfillment plays a critical role in delivering high-quality project execution, strengthening service model to our customers and patients, while improving total delivered profit.

To manage, develop and deliver business critical projects – ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

The incumbent brings strong change management leadership, project and resource management, and communications and collaboration skills.

The role ensures operational excellence; sustainability and continuous improvement in alignment with our Global strategy while meeting customer and regulatory requirements in a cost-efficient manner. The role requires leadership and partnership with key stakeholders across the organisation.

The incumbent reports to the EMEA Fulfillment Leadership Team. Other key relationships are with Manufacturing, Customer Services, Transportation, Warehousing, Commercial, Quality and Finance teams, suppliers and service providers, industry associations and regulatory agencies.

This role reports directly to the EMEA Fulfillment Optimization Director.

What you'll do

  • Executes key, transformation projects as identified by Integrated Supply Chain strategic plan.
  • Manages key cross-functional regional projects sponsored by the head of the region.
  • Embraces and promotes continuous improvement methodologies like LEAN, Six Sigma and AGILE.
  • Integrates New Business requirements to Fulfillment operations and processes.
  • Identifies internal and external best-demonstrated practices.
  • Informs EMEA Fulfillment Value Improvement Program (VIP) to improve efficiency, increase customer value and reduce costs.
  • Considers how to most effectively balance Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost to optimize operations.
  • Ensures that the customers (internal and external) perspective is a driving force behind all business decisions and activities.

    8 – 10 years of Project Management in Supply Chain/Operations required relating to:

    - Warehouse and Distribution

    - Environmental, Health and Safety
    - Quality Management
    - Financial Management
    - Operational Excellence

    - Experience driving diverse and dynamic teams
