Are you interested in security in banking?
The team is global. They are exchanging keys, asymmetric (PKI certificate) and symmetric, with their customers and their customers are different banks. Keys that they exchange to secure all different products and applications. For every product proposed, the transaction needs to be processed in a secure way, and for the transaction to be secure, keys need to be exchanged.
Your role is to manage this.

What you'll do

• Manage certificate creation process:
  • Monitor certificate request email queue
  Validate the certificate requests received as per the companies process and business rules
  After successful validations, process the certificate request for certificate creation
  Email the newly created certificates to the requesting parties/contacts as required.
  Create the Job Sheet to track the tasks
• Monitor certificate expiration notification process:
  Extract reports from tools for the certificates based on expiration date.
  Proactive email notifications with Certificate owners/contacts.
  Maintain the follow-up notifications, ensure the timely renewal of Certificates.
• Standard key management delivery:
  New and update customer registration
  Key ceremony preparation
  Key exchange and validation as per company procedure and tools
  Create the Job Sheet to track the tasks
  

Profile

• An individual open to learning new infrastructures, products, tools, and procedures.
• Attention to detail (accurate) – they are working with critical information that always requires accuracy.
• Customer focus – they are an operational team and in the 1st line. If there is an issue with a key, the customer will contact them. They will need to be able to analyse, provide support.

Required skills

• Someone with knowledge in encryption keys, PKI certificate would be beneficial, but the manager understands that there are challenges in finding people with these skillsets. So, they provide training with their procedures and processes. There is no training session (e.g. document to follow) but they will learn on the job and by asking questions
• Experience with project management would be beneficial. N.B: the team manages 100 or 200 small projects for keys, but there is no big project and they’re all like each other.
• Fluent in English
