Job description

For our client, a major player in the Financial world, we are looking for a business Analyst who has experience in integration to support the team to collect, study, prioritize, co-ordinate high quality customer requirements and to make the bridge between the business and the squad members (development and quality assurance) by co-creating with them the best design and solutions for the expressed business needs.
This role is for a MULESOFT implementation.

What you'll do

• Clarify, analyze and document the business requirements from the server and web-based software applications owned by different stakeholders
• Maintain up-to-date the documentation
• Understand end-to-end business and systems processes flow among different software applications in order to identify when data needs to be provided and what will trigger it.
• Perform simple to complex data mapping among the different data managed or required in between software applications
• Facilitate discussion within the people involved in order to get clarification and agreement on business requirements
• Facilitate the demo to end-users and when needed, organise the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with quality assurance in the definition of test cases scenarios
• Collaborate with the Data Architect in order to build the data models that will support the future implementation
• Actively engage with your squad, a multi-disciplinary, autonomous team, composed of product management, development, quality assurance, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure that the functional and non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement on how to have maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile, environment. You participate in the life of the squad and in the Agile ceremonies

Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years experience in business analysis
• Working experience with APIs, webservices, data integration process is a strong asset.
• Understanding of integration architecture and patterns is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in any integration platform is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills. Data analysis and data mapping is a plus.
  
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
  
• Knowledge of Jira, in confluence is a plus
  
• Working experience in agile environment
