Job description

You are responsible for testing and examining specific software and see to it that they function well.
You are involved in performing automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose.
Some of the duties include analysis of software, and systems, mitigate risk and prevent software issues

What you'll do

• Follow the testing standards, guidelines, and methodology as specified in the testing approach
  
• analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
  
• develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test streams, including
  application product, integration product, user acceptance and operational acceptance tests and execute them
• Executes test cases under varying circumstances
  
• Documents and evaluates test results
• Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches
• Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
• Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts
• Partners with engineers to drive QA efforts
• collaborate closely with other team members and departments

Profile

• Senior tester : +7 years of testing experience
• ISTQB Foundation, Agile, Advanced Test Analyst certification or other relevant certification

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of testing methodology and technics (ISTQB, TMAP,…
• Good knowledge of Jira and plugin X-Ray
• Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired
• High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
• Proficient in test management software
• Good working knowledge of programming languages
• Demonstrate experience with test tools
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
