The GBS division ensures the company's competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.
Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients.
We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn’t compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.

Our non-technical people maintain the maturity of the IT project delivery with appropriate controls in line with the group’s risk appetite and reducing development and running costs.

The candidate will be responsible to :
- Manages all aspects of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically involving multiple disciplines in the IT function
- Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met

What you’ll do
  • We are looking for a Project Manager on the GBS Funds Roadmap.
  • You will be responsible for the END TO END DELIVERY of projects impacting the Fund Order domain, including :
    • Delivery of the project scope on time, within budget and with the expected quality
    • Writing of comprehensive project memo for Business and IT management
    • Providing regular status to Portfolio/Roadmap Manager as well as with Sponsor/Other stakeholders 
    • Monitoring of the cost and expected benefits approved in the business cases
    • Monitoring of Risks/issues and mitigation actions
    • Monitoring of scope changes and budget/planning impacts 
    • Oversight of teams contributions (internal and outsourcing Partners) and quality of deliverables 
  • The projects you will work on will provide you challenges in several area’s (scope definition, risk monitoring, management of deadlines, relationship with our internal and external stakeholders…).
  • Develop and maintain plans and forecasts, including resource requirements, costs, risks/issues and their mitigations as well as dependencies with other initiatives  
  • Manage virtual teams across various divisions and entities (EB, ESES & ES), including third party suppliers (near-shore & off-shore) 
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with your customers, providing advice, guidance and options with regards to IT investments 
  • Define deliverables, assign their production to project team members and monitor progress and quality of those deliverables, ensuring they respect the planning while maintaining good relationships 
  • Manage the staffing of assigned projects and monitor budget spent 
  • Lead the risk, issue and change control processes for assigned projects, build action plan to mitigate risks/solve issues and track action items 
  • Control and monitor the progress of projects, reporting to the Portfolio Manager 
  • Manage the project according to the Euroclear internal standards (methodology & tools) 
  • Sound understanding of Distributed world.
Required Skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Experience of costs, risks & resource planning & forecasting
  • Experience of Distributed environment
  • Experience in Financial sector
