Job description
Our department is the new environment where all customer requests and customer contacts are handled end-to-end by self organizing teams. Each team consists of 11 people. This is a technical-commercial function where you act as the central point of contact for the clients. You are end-to-end responsible for answering and solving all questions and problems from the clients.
What you’ll do
  • You have a technical-commercial function and you are the central point of contact for the clients.
  • You guide the clients in an empathic way to successfully end their professional relationship with us.
  • You take responsibility for the completion of the full "dossier".
  • You are end-to-end responsible for answering and solving all questions and problems of customers from A-Z.
  • You ensure the correct verification of risk customers according to regulations and our policies.
  • You interact with clients to obtain the right information and documentation which you will review for completeness and accuracy.
  • You take responsibility from the customer contact to the administrative processing by telephone and email.

Required Skills
  • You have a bachelor or master level.
  • You have IDEALLY 3 to 5 years of experience in a banking and/or regulatory affairs environment.
  • You have strong analytic and administrative skills.
  • You are organized and you love a structured way of working.
  • You are very good at coordinating.
  • You are stress resistant and able to deliver negative messages in a constructive manner.
  • You are driven and customer focused.
  • You are strong in problem analysis and problem judgement.
  • You are willing to get professional certifications.
