Job description
As member of the Office Automation Deployment Engineering team, you’ll participate in both operational and project related tasks.

Driven by release management or by new business requirements, existing packages must be updated or new packages must be roll-out
We are looking for someone who has 1-2y of experience SCCM Backend and earger to learn and grow in that domain (including packaging).

After 1-1,5 months, will be involved in the daily deployment. will work on the daily deployment (will probably work in the evening and the weekend), later will also work on the pre-validation of the packages created by the packagers, will work on projects of standardization.

Possibility to become a SCCM expert and develop experience in packaging.
What you’ll do
  • Daily operations SCCM backend environment
  • Introducing new SCCM backend updates
  • Testing new/updated packages in UAT / PROD
  • Roll-out / de-provisioning software deployments
  • Roll-out/follow-up monthly patches and monthly/quarterly updates general components
  • Maintain security level of the managed environment
  • Follow-up roll-outs/clean-ups deployments
  • Follow-Up of failures: troubleshooting & fixing
  • Supporting Windows Store
  • In-deep troubleshooting staging and distribution issues and support Level 1 and Level 2 teams
  • GPO’s: Introducing / analysing / reviewing AppLocker rules
  • Support and advice the packaging team
  • Creating scripting to automated certain tasks / improve troubleshooting tools of helpdesk (scripting language : Powershell)
  • Documenting
  • Supporting the deployment team
  • Working conform ITIL standards
  • Team player
  • Good experience with scripting
  • Experience with SCCM
  • Experience with Microsoft client (Windows 10)
  • Verbal and writing skills: English and Dutch or French
  • Fast learner

  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Office 2016 & O365 Pro Plus
  • Support and troubleshooting
  • WSUS / Windows Patching
  • Administrative skills
  • Reporting
  • Release and change process (ITIL)
  • Experience with IT Security solutions:
    - GPO
    - AppLocker
    - BitLocker
  • In-deep experience with troubleshooting (at least 2 years)
  • SCCM hands-on experience: 1-2 year
  • Experience in packaging is an added-value
  • Certifications are an added value
