Job description
The opportunity consists in joining an agile and high performing team to drive revenue for the client.
The project manager will be in charge of developing the BtoB market in partnership with issuers and large corporates, assisting account team in primo implementation of strategic projects and exploring new market opportunities.
The project manager will report to a VP of the Sales & BD team led by the client's CEO and will work closely with other VPs in charge of account management and business development.
We are looking for a self-motivated, structured problem solver with a creative outlook with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and influence others without direct authority
What you’ll do
  • Developing the BtoB market in partnership with issuers and large corporates
  • Contributing to design BtoB strategy on the French market
  • Co-designing BtoB value proposition with each issuer
  • Answering BtoB RFP with issuers
  • Develop business lead among large corporate
  • Assisting account team in primo implementation of strategic projects
  • Supporting account team/product teams in primo-implementation of strategic projects through project management skills (eg. Direct Settlement, processing platform)
  • Exploring new market opportunities (supporting head of BD France)
  • Assessing the market opportunity and designing the go-to-market strategy of new businesses (eg. ATM service strategy, Direct Settlement, New payment flows, Open banking) on the direction of Business Development VP
Profile
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Self-starter/self-motivated
  • Ability to think outside the box and recognize the value of alternative thinking
Required Skills
  • More than 8 years of experience in payment/banking industry
  • Strong strategic skill set with commercial acumen
  • Ability to navigate through the large organizations and influence without direct authority
  • Essential to be comfortable in a multi-tasking environment with the ability to give clear direction to team and customers alike
  • Demonstrate strong relationship management experience throughout all levels of customer organisations
  • Ability to build and maintain internal relationships with senior management and key stakeholders across the business, gaining support for the strategic direction of the business
