Job description
This mission will take place in the Global Vaccines CGA team (based in Wavre). Possibility for position to be based elsewhere in Europe due to the virtual working situation at the moment.
Communication and Government Affair (CGA) dpmt takes care of all global internal and external communications
and Government affairs activities of Global Vaccines (team of +- 40 people).
The contigent worker will be supporting one to two members of the Enterprise Communications Team. The Enterprise Communications Team is responsible for strategic and executive communications, including working with senior leaders and their communications, as well as creating content driven campaigns. (see attached doc to know more about the team structure).
What you’ll do
  • Support on internal communication, including digital, campaign and project management (from briefing to implementation)
  • Communications assets production (internally and with agency)
  • Support on content creation (slides for presentations, video briefs, email, intranet, and internal social channels)
  • Working with various stakholders on ongoing projects to provide communications support as needed
  • Support specific communication projects, including events, meetings, conferences (logistics, stakeholder management, content creation)
  • Follow up, KPI and measurement
Profile
  • Communication Manager profile :
    •Communication/Marketing background and experience, digital and internal communications experience
    •(3-8 years in communications with ability to work in complex/matrix environment)
    •Knowledge of Workplace or other internal social tools
    •Able to manage a project in enironments where stakeholders have shifting priorities
    •Able to follow virtual conversations and manage internal process
    •Able to transform complex information on clear and catchy content
    •Comfortable working with senior management and offering advice and guidance on communication activities
    •Coordinate with and manage internal stakeholders and external agencies
    •Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative ideas
  • Hard Skills
    - Internal communication, digital communication
    - Strong writing skills in English
    - Conversation management, ability to influence
    - Internal stakeholder and external agencies management
    - Strong project management and logistic planning skills – including complex internal conferences of meetings

Required Skills
