What you’ll do
  • As the project leader of the 2 strategic initiatives aforementioned, it will be your responsibility to ensure the appropriate steering and implementation of a sustainable process for workforce management :
  • Implement a long-term vision for sourcing mix and skills (technical, business, soft skills), and the related topics (Recruitment, up/re/self-skilling, mobility, etc.), in collaboration with TMS & Corporate HR
  • Identify location transformation targets and their impact on the skills sets
  • Define learning paths per CISO key skill sets
  • Manage the execution of the 2 strategic initiatives and their related action plans, and support the IT leadership team in decision-making
  • Define, take the lead and roll-out the governance of all 2 strategic initiatives to steer workforce management and its trend across time and address all the topics mentioned above
  • Ensure the proper execution of the strategy defined in synch with TMS and adjust it in a rolling mode year on year
  • Safeguard and strengthen workforce mgt & learning expertise for strategic projects
  • Make sure that what is proposed and implemented is in line with the CISO Strategy, corporate strategy, Euroclear Technology strategy, corporate people strategy, social strategy, etc.
Profile
  • The ability to take the lead of strategic initiatives as a project leader to set the direction and the pace of the 2 strategic initiatives aforementioned for Euroclear Tech. You have a proven track record of leading such initiatives
  • Show strong, proven experience in the topic of Sourcing, specifically covering the topics of sourcing mix evolution, location transformation, sourcing skills, strong working knowledge of skills related to (IT technical, soft and business skills.
  • Have a good as well as HR understanding in important HR topics including (Recruitment, Training, mobility, up/re/self-skilling., etc.)
  • Strong change management skills
  • Professional presentation skills to address Executives (CxO level)
  • Ability to quickly understand Euroclear Tech’s organization and activities to take the lead as of Day 1
  • Ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders (HR, IT Divisions & Department Head) around you in an IT transformation context, and transform, and drive change
  • A proactive attitude to address and support IT leadership decision-making and ability to adapt to the pace of the transformation
  • Strong communication skills to obtain sponsorship from diverse stakeholders to support you as initiative lead
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt and evolve in an international context, and understand and fit with Euroclear’s culture and values
  • Pragmatic approach and at ease (and likes to work) in a VUCA environment
  • Fluent, professional English skills required (verbal and written)
  • Proven capabilities to mobilize, as senior team leader, all stakeholders at all levels including initiative members around their sub-project(s) and to bring people together so they keep understanding the bigger picture of the initiatives
