Job description
Our client has millions of customers and that is fantastic. But - and there is a but - they still have a lot of work to do. To achieve their ambitions to become the reference operator, they need to keep innovating. Also in domains other than telecom. Do you want to be part of the team that is building the future of our client in the domain of the financial services?

Specifically, you will participate in a squad with people from different teams. The mission of this squad is to launch a new financial service . In real start-up mode, your challenge is to conquer the Belgian market and to convince as many consumers as possible to adopt this new offer.

Within your squad you will be the pivotal figure of e-commerce. You are end-to-end responsible for the execution and realization of the go-to-market story. Using growth hacking techniques, you will ensure that we achieve our ambitious launch goals.
What you’ll do
  • Translating the go-to-market story into concrete actions and campaigns
  • Optimizing the user lifecycle by designing effective one-to-one communication journeys
  • Developing the digital campaigns & messages in collaboration with our advertising agency SILK for both paid touchpoints (social, display, video, seo) and unpaid touchpoints (email, sms & pns)
  • Creating strong Content Marketing, so we provide valuable information at relevant times to both users and prospects.
  • Optimizing the performance of the digital campaigns and making sure every day that we convince consumers in the most efficient way.
Profile
  • You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • You are up-to-date with the latest digital marketing principles.
  • You talk effortlessly about omnichannel marketing, SEO strategies, online advertising, customer lifetime values, conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, ...
  • You are open to change and enjoy trying out new concepts, methods and tools.
  • You believe that data never lies.
  • You like to explore the undiscovered areas of digital communication.
  • You have excellent presentation skills and you have great powers of persuasion.
  • You show leadership talent, have a healthy judgement and know how and when to take decisions or seek further advice.
  • Preferably you have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
