Job description
Technology Management Services’s mission is to provide across Technology divisions consistent processes that are aligned with market best practices along the following service offerings:

Sourcing & Vendor Management (e.g. relationships with our IT service providers)
People and Communication (e.g. people development and recruitment support)
Technology Business Management (e.g. cost management)
Group Methodology and Project Support (e.g. maintaining a common methodology for project delivery)

Technology Management Services is a business partner of the Technology divisions by finding the right balance between supporting and challenging/controlling to enable the Technology organisation to become a true FinTech.

You will be heading the People and Communication team division. The team is in charge of the people strategy and the communication plan for the technology divisions.
What you’ll do
  • Leading the People and Communication team, with accountability for the strategic direction and the activities required to achieve these results.
  • Responsible for articulating and implementing the IT people strategy and communication plan together with senior management, HR Management, Internal Communications and any other relevant parties.
  • Acting as spokesperson and senior point of reference for the technology people strategy and communication plan
  • Identifying, developing, and fostering relationships with relevant external organisations, thought leaders, partners to make sure that we are sufficiently embedding the outside-in view.
  • Strategic thinking and planning - Able to evaluate the broader context of the company the Technology divisions and the Technology transformation to effectively align, integrate and plan Technology People and Communication strategic and team deliverable.
  • People management – Able to engage a small team to deliver on the communication plan and people strategy.
  • Deep knowledge & proficiency on People and Communication Strategy – Able to build on your past experience in People and Communication and at the same time capable of staying abreast of the changing context to support the Technology vision of the company
  • Agile mindset - Able to adapt to change, collaborate, learn from mistakes, take pride in ownership, focus on delivering value, “make things happen” mindset
  • Organisational sensitivity – Able to act with consideration of the dynamics in the organisation.
  • Collaboration & Influence–Able to identify, understand and work within the unique dynamics of stakeholders –both as individuals and as groups –to drive collaboration, influence and build & maintain effective relationships.
  • Stakeholder Management–Able to own and deliver the People and Communication Strategy and Vision in ways large and small to generate engagement, commitment and visible support with employees at all levels of the enterprise.
  • Creative Thinking & Problem Solving–Bring a confident, unique and productive point-of-view to the analysis, planning and resolution of planned work and unanticipated challenges. Leverage the insights of others to create actionable solutions
