Overview:
As a Contractor Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team's participation in the Data Tribe work and broader Enterprise Architecture enablement initiative. You will be responsible for defining blueprints, reference architecture, and principles that align with organizational goals and objectives. Your expertise will drive the evolution of architectural standards, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across the enterprise landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Tribe Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Data Tribe to understand business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Provide architectural guidance and expertise to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and standards.
- Participate in the design and development of data-centric solutions, including data governance, analytics, and data integration strategies.
2. Enterprise Architecture Enablement:
- Define and maintain architectural blueprints, reference architectures, and principles that guide solution design and implementation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to assess current architecture, identify areas for improvement, and develop roadmaps for transformation.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards, promoting consistency and coherence across the enterprise architecture landscape.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate complex architectural concepts and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on architectural decisions and investments.
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in enterprise architecture.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the architecture function.
- Champion a culture of agility and adaptability, fostering a mindset of experimentation and learning.
