Job description
Our client is significantly enhancing the cross-border payments experience. Given its strong adopt ion by over 500 banking groups globally, sending over hundreds of thousands of gpi payments per day, the company is looking to further strengthen its business development, as one the company’s top priority initiatives. A key part of this is to ensure that gpi is embedded in banks front and back-office payment applications as well as in corporates’ treasury management and ERP systems, to further reduce the time & cost to adopt gpi.
For this reason, we are looking for a seasoned vendor integration & relationship manager.
What you’ll do
  • Vendor landscape and readiness framework: Identify and engage critical payment application vendors, maintain Universal Confirmation and gpi readiness framework, work with vendors to explain Universal Confirmation gpi services and roadmap, communicate and explain Universal Confirmation and gpi rulebook and technical integration aspects, support vendor in Universal Confirmation and gpi integration, verify vendors readiness against integration criteria;
  • Relationship management and business development: Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors based on the new Partner Management Framework, work with key vendors on defining commercial strategy and development of marketing material and communication material, work with key vendors to further develop and amplify gpi business, ensure information dissemination to global vendor community, define and apply the long-tail strategy ;
  • Corporate applications: Take particular focus to enable corporate treasury management (TMS) and ERP systems to support gpi- enabled services provided by banks;
  • API strategy and portal enablement: Ensure vendors are aligned with the compagny's strategy for APIs, work with key front office and portal application vendors to ensure gpi services can be supported via API integration.
