Our client located in Brussels is looking for a Helpdesk 1st line Technician for a long term assignment

Required Skills
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 and later OSes
  • Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, Domains and Workgroups network techniques
  • Installation of Microsoft products (Office 2013 and later, IE 10 and later, outlook,...) and others, on site and remotely
  • Diagnosis and resolution of HW and SW failures and monitoring of service desk tickets (ASSYST software)
  • Knowledge of MAC environments
  • Knowledge of tablets and smartphones
  • French Fluent
  • Intermediate in Dutch
