Job description
The candidate shall be responsible for optimization of our peer to peer community and train our teams with best practices in forum engagement & management
What you’ll do
  • Animation of Tribe forum:
    o Encourage Tribe users to answer questions and share topics on our forum -> can be via Tribe or via other channels (SoMe, 121)
    o When Tribe activity slows down encourage the community by seeding the forum with relevant topics and questions. Meaning you will have to post yourself from time to time and get good inside information from the different product and services teams
    o From time to time organize events for the Tribe community (ex. where our CEO answers the questions of the Tribe users)
  • Evangelization of Tribe within the client:
    o Engage business teams (CVP marketing, innovations, device) to monitor Tribe and answer as an expert to questions of the Tribe users.
  • Support the web care monitoring (coaching, helping them in difficult situation, …)
  • Train the webcare team members to take over the role of Tribe Forum Manager.

  • Expected Deliverables :
    To monitor the success of the Tribe animation management we will measure these KPI’s:
    - increase of the community members,
    - increase of validated solutions,
    - increase of the SEO performance
Profile
  • Similar experiences in Social Media & Community Management
  • Knowledge in Social Media & Forum management
  • Knowledge in Strategic Communication
  • Fluent French, Dutch & English (oral & written)
  • Stress resistant
  • Good interpersonal skills as many interactions with different departments
  • Training & coaching skills
