Job description
Provide support to the client's end users within their main offices within the Collaboration domain
What you’ll do
  • Assist within Incident management on collaboration support tickets out of scope of service contracts
  • Manage changes within collaboration domain executed by supplier
  • Write end user documentation to support servicedesk and Change manager
  • Provide training to end user on collaboration tooling
  • Review of service requests out of catalogue
  • . Identify new service catalogue candidates and integrate them within the supplier service catalogue
  • Operational follow up of supplier tickets to identify improvement paths for operational efficiency
  • Participate to operational meetings with supplier
  • Identify and implement means of reducing service cost
  • Participate to projects within collaboration domain
Profile
  • Provide routine oral and written information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to deal professional and calmly with users not as technically aware as they are Customer and results focus
  • Stress resistant

  • Excellent relationship skills, polite
  • Communication skills
  • Flexible
  • College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in French / Dutch and English,.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Typically requires 18 months of relevant work experience
