Job description
The Talent Partner acts as an operational HR business partner to the senior Business stakeholders that he/she supports. He/She understands the business, its imperatives and priorities. He/She is accountable for the execution of all talent processes within his business partner organization, through executing him/herself or through partnering with other team.
What you’ll do
  • Develops a deep understanding of the business context to be an active & proactive key partner
  • Support leadership in driving their talent review processes, team and talent development plans, and helping them build high-performing leadership team(s)
  • Uses key competencies to support all organizations while prioritizing his/her time to most impactful interventions: enabling cultural consistency, change management, leadership team facilitation, engagement, innovation
  • Implements Talent Development Strategies, in collaboration with the Talent acquisition and Development team
  • Implements reward strategies and processes in close collaboration with the Total Reward team
  • Ensures all employee relations within her/his scope: at their respective level of interactions, all HR support from hire to retire (including eg. on boarding, career guidance, performance management issue, restructuring, termination, etc.), knowing the market and following crossunit people moves.
    Includes relations in unionized environments
  • Has a solid understanding of the local legislative environment(s) to be able to effectively manage employee life cycle and employee relations matters, and to be able advise business partners on the risks and implications of individual and team strategies and actions
  • Provides operational excellence (review of HR processes for improvement purpose)
Profile
  • Bachelor Degree in HR
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong experience in change management and transformation
  • Strong track record as a HR Generalist (at least 5 years) and more especially in soft HR
  • Has a proven ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to collaborate remotely in a global organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication skills, both oral and written, and strong conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Inspires, motivates, influences and coaches others
  • Has developed capability to leverage HR systems and technology as required for effective business partnering, including excellent data quality ownership
  • Pharma experience is a plus
