I oversee the day-to-day operations of our BeNe region, working closely with our teams to connect top IT talent with forward-thinking organisations. Portugal is my second home - I spend several weeks there throughout the year, drawn by the climate, the southern hospitality, and the more relaxed lifestyle. I&rsquo;m Jill and I&rsquo;m a Sales Director at Harvey Nash. I have been with Harvey Nash since February 2022, overseeing the daily sales and recruitment activities.
I&rsquo;m responsible for leading sales strategies and initiatives within the IT consulting business. Hi, I'm Karima, and I&rsquo;m a Financial &amp; Contract Administrator.
I work part-time in the Contract Department, where I support our team with the onboarding of new candidates, contract extensions, and all the administrative tasks that come with managing contracts. In addition, I also split my time in the Accounts Department, where I assist with invoicing, booking invoices from suppliers, preparing payments, and more.
I enjoy the variety in my work, which is why I chose to work across two departments. It allows me to apply a wide range of skills and keep things both engaging and challenging.

I joined a small IT recruitment company in 1996, which was later acquired by the Harvey Nash. Over the past 29 years, I have fulfilled almost all administrative functions you can think of: office management, payroll and contract administration, invoicing, and accounting.&nbsp;Now, I specialise in analysing client contracts and credit control.
I&rsquo;m always in for a good read, whether it's a novel or a non-fiction work on science or politics, and I enjoy discussing these with colleagues. I also try to express myself and my imagination in paintings and pottery, even with the help of AI.
