For our client in Leuven, a leading technology innovator, we are currently looking for an application integration architect.



The ICT Architecture team plays a pivotal role within our organization, delivering secure and high-quality ICT solutions to meet our business needs. Within this team, the Integration Architect will spearhead our integration strategy across our data landscape. Working closely with the Data Architect and various functional analysts, the Integration Architect will ensure seamless integration of applications and data platforms

What you'll do

• Responsibilities:
  
  Designing high-quality application-to-application interfaces, including source/target mapping and data conversions.
  Designing application-to-data platform/reporting ETL flows.
  Enforcing and optimizing integration architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
  Understanding the business context/processes related to interfaces and reports.
  Coordinating interface developments.
  Custodianship of the information reference architecture, aligning with business and technolo

Required skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Application Integration architecture.
  Knowledge of EAI/ESB/Canonical data modeling.
  Understanding of data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  Data architecture knowledge preferred.
  Experience with reporting and ETL solutions (e.g., SAS, PowerBI, Databricks, Datafy, Azure Data Factory, APIs) a plus.
  Strong communication skills.
  Critical thinking and analytical skills.
