What you'll do

• As the Business Unit Manager (BUM), you will be at the forefront of achieving specific goals for the assigned Business Unit.
  
• You will be the driving force behind leading the team, planning and evaluating activities, and shaping the unit from the ground up in terms of content, strategy, operations, commerce, and personnel.
  
• In your role, you will report directly to the Sales Director and actively contribute to the dissemination of the organizational strategy.
  
• Your vision extends beyond the present, encompassing the future success of the Business Unit, ultimately evolving into an independent entity with growth in staff and secondments as a result.

Profile

• We are seeking a BUM with an impressive track record of at least 10 years and an extensive network within the sector.
• Your network will be crucial in expanding the client and prospect portfolio, actively contributing to the success of the Business Unit.
  
• Your responsibilities go beyond governance and management, including the articulation of strategy, goal setting, and decision-making.
  
• In collaboration with the Field Manager, you will conduct development and career discussions, enhance the self-awareness of team members, and contribute to their growth.
• As a leader, you will align the activities of team members with departmental and organizational goals, assess together with the HR department and clients, and facilitate, coach, and support the team.
• Your role also involves fostering a positive collaboration and atmosphere within the team.
