Job description

You will be a part of our internal IT-team. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to user onboarding/offboarding, operational support, and general IT services. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian, 1Password, Zoom, and hardware lifecycle management.

What you'll do

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for users across various platforms including Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian, 1Password, and Zoom.
  • Provide operational support and address changes within Microsoft 365, including troubleshooting mail delivery failures, resolving end-user issues in Outlook, handling spam filtering issues, and addressing SharePoint access problems.
  • Support and manage changes within 1Password, Zoom, and Slack to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Assist in setting up laptops for new employees and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Order laptops and smartphones through Apple Business Manager, and manage hardware lifecycle, ensuring timely replacements (laptops every 3 years, smartphones every 2 years).
  • Provide operational support for WiFi infrastructure, with occasional travel required.
  • Manage operational changes and troubleshoot issues related to the badge system at the offices in both Antwerp and Maarssen, with occasional travel required.
  • Monitor and manage all incoming tickets through our internal IT service portal.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to reported issues, escalating when necessary.

Required skills

  • Proven experience in user onboarding/offboarding processes and operational support in Microsoft365, Slack, Atlassian, 1Password, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager for laptop and Smartphone ordering.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software-related issues.
  • Experience in WiFi infrastructure support.
  • Ability to manage and follow up on hardware lifecycle management.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to offices in Antwerp and Maarssen.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
