About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the design and evolution of a global reward strategy within a leading financial services environment. In this role, you will ensure reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with business transformation goals, while integrating modern, human-centered approaches such as flexibility, well-being, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and continuous improvement of the global reward strategy
* Design and implement competitive Total Rewards programs aligned with market best practices
* Oversee compensation cycles, including salary reviews and bonus schemes
* Provide expertise on benchmarking, benefits, mobility, and regulatory compliance
* Conduct advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and cost forecasting
* Drive the rollout of global and local reward programs, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, regulators, and social partners
* Ensure compliance with evolving compensation regulations Your Profile
* 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within financial services or banking
* Strong expertise in C&B methodologies, processes, and global reward frameworks
* Proven experience designing and implementing reward programs for diverse populations
* Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and disclosures Key Skills
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
