PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- To optimize and/or enhance the network where necessary across all technologies to ensure a high-performing network at all times.
- To integrate 5G SA technology into our daily activities.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Continuously monitor and assess the network to detect malfunctions, problem areas, issues, or negative trends, and analyze customer complaints or feedback from internal and external stakeholders in order to identify network issues or failures.
- Manage network capacity and dimensioning, resolve identified issues or escalate them when necessary to ensure network continuity and performance.
- Continuously improve and optimize the existing network, address identified and reported issues and implement general enhancements to contribute to the ongoing improvement of network quality.
- Test and deploy new parameters or features to improve network performance, conduct and analyze benchmark drive tests, and develop and maintain a network quality improvement plan to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Further monitor and optimize5G SA after commercial launch as trafficwill start growing
- Able to developoptimizationmethodologies and manage cross-functionalprojects
- Act as a second line point of contact for specific complaints, ensuring continuous customer-oriented service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Report, record, and document network changes, ensure consistency of documentation across various IT systems, and communicate updates to operators in order to keep network documentation accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate and maintain effective relationships with various teams to ensure the best possible level of cooperation within our company.
- Request and monitor network changes implemented by internal teams and/or external partners to improve the network in line with defined objectives.
- Maintain and update professional knowledge and technical expertise in the field of telecommunications networks in order to maximize individual competence and apply it effectively within our company.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in network optimization, performance management, or telecommunications networks.
