Job description

We are on the hunt for a Business Analyst!

Mission:
Join the project team created to implement the new European Payments Initiative (EPI) branded Wero by performing detailed analysis of EPI requirements, delivering business & functional analysis/refinement, follow up implementation, define the test cases, managing stakeholders and contributors.

Tasks:
Under the supervision of the product lead & project manager:
- Perform detailed analysis of EPI requirements, gather additional information with stakeholders to define ING’s own requirements
- Write/design functional descriptions and align with architects
- Prepare presentations and facilitate workshops to present analyses to IT Architects and Feature Engineers
- Support and follow up the implementation
- Prepare the test use case and follow/participate in their execution
- Contribute to non-functional project activities related to the business analysis scope, supporting key stakeholders (e.g. non-financial risk, legal, compliance,…)

Context

Competences :
- Proven experience in Payment domain & mobile payment (new product implementation)
- Strong Analytical skills
- Competence in risk analysis and fraud
- Experience in test management
- Used to working in project delivery mode, project management experience is a plus
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good English is a must
- Team player
- Autonomous and taking care to ensure continuous alignment with the team, the management and the stakeholders
