General description

End User Hosting platform team is responsible for the design, implementation and support of the Workplace infrastructure. This includes deployment and maintenance of applications delivered via Citrix, Terminal server and virtual workstations and keeping the underlying infrastructure up to date.

The team delivers third-line support to end-users and the onsite support teams across all entities.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and supervise the infrastructure components
Incident, request and problem management (3rd line support)
Provide application support for our internal client base
Deploy applications, debug and tackle related problems on XenApp and XenDesktop
Manage patching for applications and operating systems on these platforms
Design complex solutions and build standard operating procedures
Identify areas for improvement
Assist in team projects
Participation in on call rotation (usually 1 week a month)
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting a Windows multi-user environment, including application delivery
Proven design, administrator and 3rd level support experience in a Citrix environment (VirtualApps 1912; VirtualApps 2203; StoreFront; Ivanti; FSLogix, Server 2019)
Strong PowerShell scripting skills
SCCM experience including baseline management and custom reporting
Operational knowledge of App-V, MSI and other packaging/scripting technologies
Knowledge on Netscaler (ADC) (Design, implementation, configuration, support and maintenance)
Experienced with Microsoft 365 Suite
Good knowledge of IT Security Principals and IT Service Management
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to do in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Sufficient knowledge of the common office applications to be able to deliver application support to end-users
Driven by desire for simplification and automation
Customer focused approach with superb communication skills both written and verbally
Proactive and transparent communication
Strong belief that being part of a team is a strength
Fluent in French/English or Dutch/English or Polish/English
