Senior Agile Coach / Transformation Consultant - Financial Industry
We are currently hiring a Senior Agile Coach / Transformation Consultant for one of our clients in the financial industry. This role is focused on supporting large-scale Planning & Delivery transformation initiatives, strengthening agile maturity across teams, and enabling more predictable, transparent, and value-driven delivery practices. You will work closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and agile communities to facilitate change, improve ways of working, and help teams adopt sustainable agile practices.
Your Responsibilities
Drive Planning & Delivery Transformation
You will support the evolution of planning and delivery practices across the organisation by:
* Improving time-to-market and delivery effectiveness
* Increasing transparency on initiative progress, dependencies, and delivery status
* Supporting the alignment between business priorities, finance requirements, and delivery teams
* Establishing clear delivery frameworks, governance models, and execution practices
* Improving dependency management and reducing delivery bottlenecks
* Identifying opportunities for standardisation, automation, and process optimisation
* Strengthening planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery predictability
* Promoting consistent Planning & Delivery practices across teams and departments
You will use your facilitation, change management, and stakeholder management skills to support decision-making and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
Support Agile Adoption & Maturity Growth
You will play a key role in increasing agile maturity across teams by:
* Assessing agile maturity levels and identifying improvement opportunities
* Coaching teams and individuals on agile principles and practices
* Supporting quarterly planning, prioritisation, and work visibility
* Facilitating agile ceremonies and stakeholder alignment sessions
* Providing training and creating self-service agile resources
* Helping teams embrace continuous improvement and value-driven delivery
You will bring strong knowledge of:
* Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
* Lean management principles and systems thinking
* Process optimisation and automation opportunities
* Cross-team collaboration and value stream improvement
* Change adoption and organisational transformation
You will help create an environment built on trust, transparency, psychological safety, and collaboration.
Contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence
As part of the Agile Coaching community, you will:
* Contribute to the evolution of agile coaching practices and offerings
* Support business agility initiatives across the organisation
* Share best practices, lessons learned, and success stories
* Help develop self-service capabilities and agile learning materials
* Contribute to a strong Agile Community of Practice and continuous learning culture
Your Profile
* 6+ years of experience in Agile Coaching, Agile Transformation, or similar roles
* Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
* Experience coaching teams towards agile maturity and continuous improvement
* Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and agile delivery practices
* Experience with portfolio management and delivery governance is a strong asset
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
* Ability to operate effectively in complex, international organisations
