ATTENTION: We are looking for a PRODUCT manager not a Project or Program Manager
Context
As Product Manager you will augment the team that manages the suite of collateral management services offered by the group for a temporary assignment of one year.
You will have a pivotal role in the evolution of collateral management business by taking a leading role in delivering Digital collateral management services, relying on the tokenisation of assets and their exchange on ledger. You will consult with clients, follow market developments and interact with all relevant internal stakeholders to drive the ideation, design and development of new collateral services deployed on digital ledgers.
You will
Lead the delivery of new Digital collateral management services relying on collateral tokenisation by:
- Ensuring offers competitive products and services to its clients and that products and services are compliant with various regulatory requirements.
- Developing product solutions that create a synergy of cost-efficiency, functionality and creativity.
- Managing product lifecycle and overall product contribution.
- Overseeing and contribute to market research, product development and design
- Setting prices, overseeing sales and marketing campaigns, and monitor sales performance.
- Monitoring, analysing, and evaluating market trends, client behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products/services.
- Monitoring, analysing, and evaluating product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs, and liaise with other areas of the organization to implement these changes.
- Liaising with marketing and product specialist support to design sales campaigns that are consistent, effective and appropriate for the target audience.
Technical Skills
- You have knowledge or experience in the functioning of global financial markets
- You have knowledge or experience of Digital Ledger technology, and more particularly of its application with the post-trade industry
- A proven record of accomplishment in collateral management
- You have the right product management skills and you are eager to learn more. Formulating a business case, analysing, and describing relevant market data and trends, making presentations etc excite you!
