The measures range from reliable supply of spare parts to smart data services – like real-time monitoring of trains and Infrastructure, prediction of wear and comprehensive analysis of complex vehicle and signalling problems.
Investments in new mobility concepts must show a long-term return and must be sustainable. This requires effective service concepts. This is the only way to ensure maximum reliability and availability of a transportation system over its entire service life or, ideally, even to extend its service life.
Customer Services Unit Belgium supports service-related topics for the Mobility division for the Market of Belgium and Luxembourg. Customer Services aims to make rail operations even more efficient with innovative technologies at all levels (Rolling stock and Rail Infrastructure) and providing our customers with excellent maintenance services.
